Drool-worthy Meditation Spaces
We are all looking for a piece of peace, but sometimes it’s hard to find! Between work, family, friends, finances, fitness, and social obligations – it can seem impossible to carve out any more time to take care of yourself.
But, it is possible. I promise!
Even if you aim to start with 1-2 minutes a day, creating some focused time for inward reflection and calm is super beneficial to your overall wellbeing.
If you’re interested in becoming more mindful, creating more stillness or developing a meditation practice, creating a dedicated space in your home is a good idea. Not only does it ensure you have a physical space to sit in, but creating your own “zen-sational” zone can entice to you keep up your practice even when you may not feel like it!
To help inspire you, I’ve curated some of my favourite images of seriously drool-worthy meditation spaces from around the world. Feast your eyes on these gorgeous sanctuaries and learn the basics of setting up your own!

You don’t need an entire room – a corner will do. You could even take your practice outdoors to your backyard or garden.
